Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Studo Tutors! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online tutoring services. By scheduling a lesson with us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Services

Studo Tutors provides private online tutoring services conducted via Zoom. Each lesson typically lasts one hour, with a grace period of five minutes.

 

3. Fees and Payment

  • The standard fee for each tutoring session is $55 AUD, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payment of invoices is required within 48 hours after the lesson has taken place.

  • Late payments will result in cancellation of the following lesson unless paid beforehand.

 

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • To schedule a lesson, please contact us via admin@studotutors.com or phone 0491757565

  • Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to half the cost of the lesson.

 

5. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling a lesson requires at least 24 hours' notice and must be agreed upon with the tutor.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed.

 

6. Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to be punctual and prepared for each lesson.

  • Tutors are expected to be punctual and prepared for each lesson.

  • Both parties should adhere to the scheduled lesson time. The tutor will wait for up to ten minutes beyond the scheduled start time for the student.

 

7. Technical Requirements

  • Lessons will be conducted via Zoom. Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary hardware and software to participate in the lesson.

  • Studo Tutors will not be responsible for technical issues on the student's end.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Studo Tutors reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to students via website update.
